The staff is friendly and efficient. The shower area is large and not cramped. Ample toiletries was provided. Hot water was plenty. Room provides ergonomic chair for easy lounging. Aircon was easy to control and set the temperature. Location is great and easy access to malls.

The hotel is on Orchard Road and close to 2 MRT stations. Even the tourist bus stops outside! Room was spacious for a city centre hotel and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was quite good each morning and the staff were very pleasant.

Great staff, friendly and professional, always willing to assist. The entire hotel was very clean with comfortable rooms in a very convenient location.
